He knows something is up, he sees he makes her uncomfortable, and instead of backing off and giving her some space he continues making her uncomfortable just to see what happens! She ran from an obsessive man and Zack is written to be the opposite, but he is just as obsessive! He shows up unanounced, doesn't leave when she wants to and is just a huge creep. The character my hatred knows no boundaries against. She comes to the Island Three Sister, known for it's history of witches and magic, and immediatly feels at home. She's a woman who faked her own death to get away from an abusive husband. In the first one, the main character is Nell. I am sorry for any spoilers, but these two covers contain three books. To be honest, I was pretty pissed of and it was pure willpower and the fact that I payed money for this book that made me contiune to read. I don't really understand the positive chorus about these three books.
